AppVerix Sticky Cart: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix (“we”). By installing AppVerix Sticky Cart you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app shows a sticky add-to-cart bar on product pages through a theme app embed. The embed is off until you turn it on in the theme editor. Skip-to-checkout is available on Pro.
2. Price and billing
- Three plans, billed every 30 days in USD: Free at $0.00, Starter at $4.99 (14-day trial), Pro at $9.99 (14-day trial). Development stores get test charges.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To change plan or cancel, use the app or uninstall it. Shopify stops the charge. We don’t refund partial periods unless Shopify’s rules or the law require it.
- If we change a price we tell you at least 30 days before, and you approve the new charge in Shopify.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use the app on your storefront and for complying with the law where you sell.
- The theme app embed or block stays off until you add it in the theme editor.
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app running but don’t promise it will never be down. Your store keeps working if the block cannot load. We may change features and tell you in advance if we remove something you pay for.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time by uninstalling. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms. After you uninstall your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country says otherwise.
9. Data Processing Addendum
By installing the app you also agree to the AppVerix Data Processing Addendum. Our security and incident response policy is public.
